Proactive approach to damages!
Our trained staff identify issues with your freight before sending it out for delivery. We carefully check over the condition of the freight when we receive it from a carrier, and notate the exceptions on the bill. Our drivers do the same thing at their pickups, ensuring the freight is road worthy, packaged well, and no visible damage at time of pickup. We will also send over pictures of the damage when provided with an email to give you a better idea for making the right decision with disposition.
